- All items are shipped within 5 business days of placing your order. After placing an order with our shop, you will receive a confirmation email.

- Heavy or breakable items such as large books or pottery may require additional shipping charges. You will be informed of any additional charges prior to shipping.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. Shipping rates do not include insurance.
- Sales taxes are charged to Canadian shipping addresses by province and territory.
- For Manitoba Museum members, please create a login to have your 10% member discount automatically applied at checkout.
- All pricing is displayed in Canadian currency ($CAD).
- We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Your credit card will be charged the day you place your order.
- All credit card charges will be processed through Square.
- We accept Manitoba Museum gift cards at our shop.
- We do not accept US cash at the Gift Shop.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order summary on the same day you place your order.
- Please keep track of your order ID located at the top of your emailed receipt.
- Order cancellation will be accepted via email to mshop@manitobamuseum.ca within 24 hours of initial order placement.
- Shop merchandise is non-refundable. We do not accept returns.
- The original receipt(s) and original payment method must be provided at time of exchange.
- Shop gift card refunds are not accepted.
- We accept exchanges or offer store credit for items that are in original condition* within 14 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges outside of this time will not be accepted.
- In the case there is a difference in the pricing between products exchanged, the difference will either be paid by the visitor/client (if balance owed to the Museum) or refunded to the visitor/client (if balance owed to the visitor/client) in the same payment method originally used.
- We accept exchanges in store or by mail. For in-store returns, please visit us during our open hours: Saturday and Sunday 11-4pm.

- The item must be in original condition*, accompanied by the sales receipt or order number and shipped back to us, prepaid in the original packaging. We do not cover shipping charges on returns and will not accept C.O.D.
- The POS software receipt is required for exchanges.
- Breakable items must be shipped back with insurance prepaid.
- We will not refund any shipping or insurance charges.
- Earrings, skin care, and special-order items are not returnable.
- If an item was given as a gift, please bring in the gift receipt or order number for an exchange or store credit with a gift card. The item must be in original condition*.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- The Museum Store may make discounts and “free shipping” promotions available on certain items or in certain circumstances. Discounts and promotions are governed by these Terms of Use and any additional terms and conditions set out by the store applicable to the particular discount or promotion.
